About

Chris Consorte has spent over 20 years working with – and consulting for – hundreds of clients in various industries. His industry experience includes manufacturing, food & restaurants, construction management, real estate & property management, publishing, advertising & media, and TV & entertainment – just to name a few.

He holds a B.S. from St. John’s University and an M.S. from New York University. He started his career in marketing – with a focus on direct response methods that made direct mail, print and TV campaigns both actionable and measureable. Shortly after, the Internet started getting traction and he focused on implementing results-based Internet Marketing techniques including search engine marketing, online advertising and email marketing. Leaving Corporate America in 2002, Consorte started his first business, Integrated Direct, a direct & interactive ad agency focused on data analytics, web development, media buying and search engine optimization. The company grossed $3 million by the start of year two – with a healthy roster of clients primarily in the banking and financial services sector. In 2010, Consorte relocated to New Jersey and began investing in the food service industry – including a small chain of corporate cafes as well as a food manufacturing firm – both of which he’s still actively invested in today. In 2011, Consorte founded two real estate service firms – one focused on property management and the other on construction management – which would go on to buy, renovate and rent or resell over 250 properties to date.

Consorte is a sales, marketing and entrepreneurship guru. His specialty is helping clients expand their businesses and increasing sales. Frugal by nature, he’s also a budget management and cost-containment expert – with a passion for reducing costs and finding and eliminating unnecessary expenses. He’s also a master communicator, leader, and team manager – having managed hundreds of direct reports throughout the years as both a corporate executive and business owner. His specialty is lead generation & sales team management / development.

Nothing speaks louder than results – and without results, nobody wins. He makes himself fully-available to clients – beyond just 9-5, while taking a more experience-based approach to coaching where “it doesn’t feel like work”. Consorte is dedicated to transferring his 20+ years of business wisdom to his clients – much of which he feels is transferrable to a more fulfilled personal life as well. He loves what he does – and loves going to work every day – and clients will soon feel the same.
